Time Claims
- Extension of time claims serve dual purposes of avoiding levy of liquidated damages and potential additional cost claims for extended stay. Chamberz provide comprehensive services including forensic delay analysis and interpretation of delay analysis results (1) with reference to the extension of time claims where concurrent delays attributable to the claiming party might not be jeopardise the entitlement and (2) for the purpose of establishing entitlement for additional costs / preliminaries due to the extended contract duration where concurrent delays would play an important role. In some cases, separate analysis would be required for time & costs claims exclusively
