This adjudication process involves strict and short timelines for the temporary resolution of the payment disputes in construction projects. - Represented a specialist subcontractor in three (3) separate adjudications in a public housing construction project subsequent to the termination of subcontracts.
Industrial project
- Represented an international general contractor in a statutory adjudication involving delays, variations and additional costs for extended day in a manufacturing facility construction project in South East Asia.
- Represented a general contractor in responding statutory adjudication involving work done under original scope and substantial additional works claims in a major food processing logistical hub
Infrastructure (Roads)
- Assisted a specialist international subcontractor in multiple statutory adjudications in dispute matters concerning valuation of work done and delay & disruption costs in an expressway project in South East Asia
Downstream Oil & Gas (Petrochemical)
- Represented a specialist subcontractor in multiple statutory adjudications concerning outstanding payments for resources deployed in a petrochemical plant project in South East Asia.
