- Nagesh is a Civil Engineer and a construction management & legal professional. He has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry representing international consultancies and construction companies.
- Nagesh is a Fellow of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), UK, Fellow of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb), Singapore and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), UK.
- Nagesh appears as an expert witness of delay & quantum in arbitration & litigation in complex construction and oil & gas disputes. He also accepts appointments as dispute board member and arbitrator.
- Nagesh has been empaneled as Arbitrator with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) and Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC, formerly known as KLRCA) in Malaysia.
