Arbitration
- Chamberz personnel accept appointment as arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration matters of disputes in construction, oil & gas and energy industries, subject to conflict checks.
- Our principal, Mr. P.M. Nagesh, techno-legal & techno-commercial person and a Fellow of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb) and a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He is also a penal arbitrator of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb).
- Chamberz also represent parties in international and domestic arbitrations (both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations).
- Currently Chamberz is representing a main contractor in responding various cost claims put forward by a specialist subcontractor in an SIAC arbitration in connection with construction disputes in a major wholesale shopping mall development
