Claims Consultancy
- Chamberz provide comprehensive claims consultancy services to establish entitlement and quantum (value) of claims under the contract or otherwise. Generally, our involvement is in preparation of time & cost claims. While time claims are to establish entitlement for extension of time under the contract, the cost claims would include direct cost claims as a result of additional costs due to changes or variations to the scope of works and indirect time related additional costs due to extension of time.
- In the preparation or review of the claims we take holistic approach considering contractual provisions and all relevant facts including actual costs expended.
