Contracts Administration
- We provide day-to-day contracts administration advisory services on retainer basis to our client’s project team that would enable our clients to safeguard their interests by preserving their rights and understanding their obligations under the contractual framework in timely manner.
- We assist our clients in scope issues, delay matters including issuance of delay notices and submission of particulars of delays in timely and in the manner required under the contract, identify & establish changes to the scope of works and its implications to the time & costs of the project. Further, consolidated submissions of extension of time including appropriate delay analysis and direct & indirect (time related) costs are important milestones of our services.

Residential building projects
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advice to Design & Build main contractor including drafting contractual letters on retainer basis in a high-rise residential project of more than 700 units. Complex extension of time and additional costs issues arising out of changes to the employer’s requirements resulting revision in approved design of various trades including MEP and BMS were dealt effectively. The contract form used in this project was bespoke form of an international Project Management Consultant (PMC)
Commercial building projects
- Advised specialist contractor of an integrated Research & Development facility project on day-to-day contractual and commercial issues including drafting delay notices and quantifying additional time & costs for disruptions and changes.
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advice to a specialist subcontractor of an integrated leisure facility involving exhibition centre and hotel, on retainer basis
Industrial building projects
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advise including procurement assistance to the main contractor in several pharmaceutical facilities construction projects including issues concerning quality of work done and safety obligations.
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advice to the main contractor of a modern flour mill construction project procured under FIDIC form of contract for turn-key projects including advice on issuance of delay & claim notices and submission of claim particulars within the stringent timelines.
Airport projects
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advise including procurement assistance to the design & build main contractor in a greenfield and brownfield airport development projects in various phases for the entire contract duration for several years.
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advice to the main contractor in an airbase development project that includes rapid taxiways, hangers, aprons including utilities and services.
Railway Projects
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advice to the major maintenance contract for replacement of wooden to concrete sleepers on live metro lines.
Shipbuilding projects (Oil Rig & Process Platforms)
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advisory services to an EPC contractor in new-build rig project that included change management, contractual compliance pertaining to delays & claims and periodical project audit at the yard in South Asia.
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advisory services to an EPC contractor in new-build process platform project that included change management and contractual compliance pertaining to delays & claims in South Asia.
Petrochemical & Refinery projects
- Provided day-to-day contractual and commercial advisory services to a civil contractor in a parallel train project in a brownfield petrochemical plant in South East Asia.
