Residential building projects
- Provided advice on design liability of a Design & Building contractor under modified REDAS form of contract used with option module for employer’s architectural design. The issues surrounded on the liability of the main contractor towards the deficiencies in the pre-award design that resulted in revised design to be carried out for the statutory compliance.
Railway Projects
- Provided contractual and commercial advice to the Developer of a PPP metro rail project in South Asia during the finalisation of Concessionaire Agreement with the government authorities.
- Advised an EPC contractor (consortium of three major players) in a metro rail project in Middle East in putting together major subcontract framework

- Provided bidding assistance to an international engineering consultant in the area of claims speciality and delay analysis specialist in a mega port development project in South East Asia
