- If and when the matters gets out of the possibility of amicable settlement, appropriate dispute resolution mechanism would be deployed. Identification of a disputed situation and advising on the appropriate dispute resolution under the contractual framework otherwise would be part of our service.
- We assist clients in mandatory negotiation process, adjudication under Dispute Adjudication Board in case of FIDIC form of contract, construction adjudication under Security of Payment (SOP) statutory adjudication in Singapore, mediation under Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or otherwise, institutional or ad-hoc arbitration as suitable or litigation. Chamberz International is proud to be one of the signatories to the Mediation Charter of SMC.
- We represent clients in the adjudication and arbitration (subject to admissibility in a particular jurisdiction).
- We provide expert witnessing in construction and oil & gas disputes that involves complex delay & quantum (value) issues.
- Our members accept appointments as members of DAB’s and as arbitrators.
- Our team works closely with the client’s organisation including in-house legal team and external solicitors & advocates of the clients. We add strength to the dispute resolution team as we undertake dual role of providing technical support to the legal team and vice versa
