Contracts Management on Outsourced Basis
- We offer contracts management services on entirely outsourced basis. This includes deployment of experienced contracts & cost management professionals and induct them into the project team to provide in-house high level capability to handle complex contractual and cost issues arising in the project on day-to-day basis.
- Our on-site professionals would have fulltime back-office support from our offices that provide them with guidance and updates on the required field. In addition, our expert professionals would visit the project site periodically to advise the project team on critical issues and provide management of our clients with status updates and further actions required.
